I decided to give pounded flowers another try. The photo shows the lily that I took 2 petals from to pound - strange how the colors go... And these were the biggest mess yet!!
I also chose to use the Color Challenge for the Sketch Challenge. Thank you ladies for awesome challenges this week.
I think my cuttlebug didn't know what was happening when I actually put an embossing folder through the rollers! I use a flower ef & the border dot ef.

Karen, you did goood on your pounded flowers. I actually have another pounded lavender I'm itching to try. Maybe I could use it with the sketch today! LOL

Very interesting results from those lilies! Yes, I found that lilies were quite juicy when squished. Laughed at your comment that your cb was actually surprised when it was fed an embossing folder. Great sketch card - and I LOVE that beautiful lily!

Yes...it is quite messy! But your card is so clean and simple! LOVE the colors you chose and it looks like you have some beautiful flowers surrounding you!!~

Karen, this turned out wonderful! I think it is so fun to see what colors come out. I would like to try again and I think I would make the paper wet with HOT WATER. Maybe that will help bleed the color in. What do you think?
