I made this card for today's CC and Mothermarks teapot challenge - check HERE for the deets.
For the colour challenge I used the closest I had to the colours - crushed curry, burmuda bay, dusty durango... I used more mustard, tempting turquoise and really rust. I coloured the ferns with old olive. I stamped the image/sentiment twice in craft black and clear embossed. Watercoloured images with Stampin Up reinkers. Cut out the sand/footprint section and popped up. Tied twine around the image. I am pleased with how this turned out. I hope that Elaine will like it.
This is one of my favourite Poems and I love the beach scene...
Must run - heading out to meet my daughter and grand daughter - we are going for a walk down to the beach...
Hugs.. Pat

What a perfect card for today's teaparty! Love it... And how perfect that you are about to go enjoy a walk along the beach. Makes me a tad envious - no beaches anywhere close to us! Enjoy your day. Your card is wonderful...
