I am trying to get one card done on time for the Queen for the Day honor. This one is for Kittie. Her gallery is full of color and country charm. I tried to capture the feeling of her gallery because I could never do justice to casing one of her cards. I love this new Stampin Up set and had such fun watercoloring it with reinkers. Watercoloring helps me mellow out and feel good for some reason. I used some new Graphic 45 paper that I had to go all the way to California to find. I introduced my sis, mutnik, to the paper too and she has represented it well in her gallery recently. I know Annie Jo is rolling her eyes around just thinking of Graphic 45 in the same sentence as country but I think this has a country feel to it!!!
Kittie I am so happy you have been honored this week. Your gallery is awesome and I visit it often for inspiration. Your cards always make me smile. Happy Birthday too. Please send me your address so I can drop this card into the mail for you.
hugs,

Great QFTD card CJ9! Love the Graphics 45 paper. Great job on the image... You do love to make Annie Jo roll her eyes dontcha! Good for you getting it uploaded while Kittie's still wearing the crown! I'm about 4 Queens behind at the moment. When I get all of them done, that oughta be a mighty fine poker hand!

No, I think graphic45 is multi-purposed. Is that a new word for you, CJ9? Probably is so let me explain. It's so versatile you can use it on anything. I actually feel in love with this particular paper and have tons of it, but I just cant figure out how to use since I dont have anything food related. I love your image. You and those reinkers .... boy oh boy! This is really a wonderful card and I just know when Kittie gets home from work tonight, she will tell you that herself.

Connie Jo, This is totally gorgeous. Your coloring is perfect and I love that new set. I have to go and find it when the catalog comes out (did it come out already). I totally love the Graphic 45 paper. Thank you so much for taking part in my special day of honor. It means so much to me.
