Kitty747 was selected Queen for the Day!! Anne, what an excellent choice. Kitty, your gallery is beyond amazing. I wanted to case one of your gloriously colored cards, but my attempt would be feeble. You have mastered the perfection on that!
So, I whimped out and cased this lovely, yet much easier card:
I changed the color combo, even though my fave color combo is blue and white, to melon mambo, garden green and white, changed border punch, added dry embossing, changed image and added a flower/button treatment to the middle of my ribbon. I also added some cute little MS punched bows and added bling. There is a faint addition of dazzling diamonds to the stamped flowers and stickles on the edges of the flowers overlapping the ribbon.
Maybe one day I will get brave and try to tackle one of your more detailed cards Kitty, but it may take awhile. I noticed your had some GORGEOUS Christmas cards, but didn't want to rock the boat with Anne Ryan after me for driving her crazy with my Christmas card collection!! LOL!
Thanks SO MUCH for taking ia look and ENJOY your special day and week Kitty, not to mention your birthday!

No, this may not be your most favorite color combination, but it's absolutely striking no matter what color. I totally know how you feel about casing Kittie. That girl is in a league all by herself. Your case is lovely, fruitcake.

Hey, Pam, Nice job on your cased card! I also love blue, but the melon mabo with the garden green makes a great combo!! The switch to a different border punch with this little bling bows, and the BG embossing gave this card some real class all on its own. Also liked the way you put your ribbon in a criss cross pattern. Awesome salute to the QFTD Kittie, who gallery intimidates me as well. I am going to tackle a card of hers tomorrow hopefully - had a busy weekend.
Congrats to you, dear Queen Kittie for your wonderful gallery and always leaving us peons such great comments!!

So pretty the flower vine you created like Kittie's one. I just love the red and green combo, the flowers are pretty too. TFS Pam, fine case my friend.

Pamzi, I see you took a CAS card and turned it into a Pamzi version with tons more frosting! lol. I so know what you mean about Kittie's gallery - daunting to say the least (sort of like casing Zindorf or Mutnick). I still haven't attempted the QFTD - but now I feel inspired after seeing your version. TFS - Hugz!

Pamzi, this is cheery! I especially like how you used the flower from Vintage Vogue in two colors and layered them as you did. The card reminds me of stenciled bedroom walls I did years ago, with bows and flowers.
