A friend had me to her garden to cut Provence lavender.....she has a bumper crop this year. I use it to make pillow sachets. This Hero scene stamp seemed like I could color the stalks to resemble the lavender for a thank you note. I kept the the large floral panel from Debbie's card, but changed the image, color scheme, and didn't add the brads and sentiment. The various colors in the background were achieved by brayering the ink directly onto the stamp.

Beautiful card! What a friend you have to invite you over to pick lavender. Ours is blooming out front and it sure is a nice fragrance when you walk to or out the front door. I can almost smell it on your card!
