Hi! This card was made for today's Inspiration Challenge: The Bicycle Muse. I chose this Rucksack as my inspiration.
Well, today is my grandmother's birthday! She turned 85! And, she, Mark and my mother are on a 10 hour round trip to visit a family member. Markie and I are going to stay in town and stay with my dad who is still in the hospital. What a weird life I live...NEVER a spare moment to sit and read a book for us! LOL
I saw that rucksack and the Capella designer paper came to mind! I wanted a dianthus on the card, as this is one of my grandmother's favorite flowers, so I colored it with Memento Markers to match the papers.
I finished the ribbon embellishment with a 3 pearl Hat Pin. I also added an anitqued silver bead to the pin shaft. I used a pair of wire cutters to snip off the point.
Finished card size: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Total time to complete: 42 minutes. (I can't find the beads!)

Your card is so beautiful! Love the colors, elements and details! The pearls coming out of the ribbon is perfect! Have a great trip!
