As soon as I saw the Tim Holtz Brick Wall EF, I thought Graffiti! I had already used the "skeeter spray" can from SU's Under the Stars set for this very reason, just did not have the brick wall yet!
Now I do and here is the card I had in mind.
Very similar to the one seen here which got posted while I was having "issues" getting my cards to upload.

Cool. I love this background and the spray look. Graffiti for sure. Well done on your easy and oh so fine layout. Oh it happens, to have some cards come out like yours...but we all create in unison here, so hey, it's bound to happen. Beautifuly done. TFS
