This color combination just whispered peace to me, so I made a peaceful card with Gina K's Hope Grows.
I stamped him in black on Apricot Appeal, and then shaded it with a white pencil, and then added amethyst shadows. I stamped the leaf in Apricot Appeal after masking the bird and then highlighted the leaves with the white pencil.
The shape is a Tim Holtz die on kraft, and then I threaded some Soft Suede ribbon through it. The leafy background is from the same set in white kraft ink and then I embossed the card base.
I really like the color combo - thanks for the challenge!!

This is gorgeous, Lydia! Beautiful layout and design. The dominance of the suede and apricot with touches of the amethyst is very striking. Lovely card!
