Hi, thought I would try to make a SUO version of my fireworks card, however, I barely own any inks from SU. Some of the stamps in Snow Burst do not really seem like snowflakes to me so I thought that could work. I also used the star from a Christmas set that I had to mask out the "Hand Stamped" part about 50 times. LOL! I did it by wrapping a small piece of tape over the words. Each time I inked, I would release one side, ink, and then put the tape back into place.

Your card is great for the 4th of July. Any time you use red, white and blue it qualifies in my book as being patriotic. I also agree that some of the snowflakes in that set don't really look like snowflakes!

Don't know what the previous poster's comment meant...since I could not find anything in her gallery that looked like your card.....I was curious and went to check it out! : )
I think these stamps are perfect for fireworks/sparklers since. to me, they are NOT snowflakes......snowflakes have 6 sides not multiples of 8! Your card has a fun, patriotic look! Love the bg you created and the wide red ribbon. Great card!

@hobbydujour...I was just kidding, I haven't made a card with this idea yet, but just before I saw her card, I thought of doing this. That's all I meant. I was just funnin'.
