Hi! This card was made for today's Technique Lovers Challenge marquee cards found HERE. It also qualifies for this week's Speedy's Friends Challenge found HERE. And, it fits this week's Stampin' B's Challenge to use a circle, red and green!
Now, seriously, doesn't that title crack you up??? Marquee=MARKIE! LOL Seriously, I'm over-tired, because I can't stop laughing. Maybe it's because I worked way too hard on this card? Yep, that's it! This card was done with SPELLBINDERS, not punches. And, to make it EASIER on myself, I cut from each layer starting with the top square panel and working down. THEN I cut the card front in half and adhered each SIDE to the card base. It was so much easier!
I EMBOSSED the inside panel. That panel is our Premium Colored Pencil Paper. I love it! It has a great felt texture that accepts ink, very well. I stamped the pocket watch twice in Adirondack Espresso and cut them out. Next, I sponged on Ginger and colored each in with Memento markers.
The leaves are a Sizzix Die Cut.
Finished card size: 5" square
Total time to complete: Well over an hour. I lost track after an hour.

WOW! This is a show stopper of a card!....every detail is just lovely --- especially the shading on the leaves and watch. How can you part with this card?!

I don't get it, how you worked your way down from the top. Would you mind explaining it a more detailed? Thanks so much for your help,
