Ok, so my new favorite set is Botanicals - I promise to use a different set next card.
Today's Free For All challenge - Jelly Filled Doughnut - meaning, make the inside of your card the focus w/a window to within ... Also - I'm working my way forward from the beginning of the setch challenges - SC16 here.
My front is basically just some Basic Grey DP with a rose mat on top of the chocolate card base. I added a trio of some punched flowers.
For the image inside - I used a faux tile technique - Over a brass stencil I stamped the image (3 times here# and then versamark - removed the stencil and sprinkled a few layers of clear embossing powder #UTEE). Then I sponged some rose red to create the grout lines, trimmed it down and matted on chocolate. The inside was lined with the same BG designer paper.
I love this tile look - it might not be Botanicals, but I think I may go make another tile card.
Thanks for looking!
