you did a real good job on this ugly bug. I live in California and we have plenty of them. I called them mesquito eaters until I learned it was a crane fly.

Oh - I don't mind them in this form. It's the larvae in the garden that BUG me, when I find them when I am gardening I always dig them out and leave them where the birds can find them. At least they don't sting! Great card, by the way, I am sure there is some guy somewhere you could give it to. Someone who goes fishing?

I use to hate them because they are so big and they somehow manage to sneak in the house, but then I found out they mainly eat mosquitoes so now if the odd one finds its way indoors I just them it be. You did an amazing job of this big fella.
