Hmmm, I am not sure about how this turned out! I wanted to use the Tim Holtz bird and cage that I was sent, when I read the challenge today and saw that we had to hang the image, but this sort of whimsical card is not the type I ever send, so I am not sure what I'll do with it. It's 7x5" to fit the size of the cage. Background sky is Basic Grey Mellow and front is Porcelain. The bird and cage I was sent were black, so I embossed the cage with silver ink and silver EP, and sponged the bird with white ink and then coloured with watercolours. I wrote on the inside (you can't see with the angle of the photo) *Stone walls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage...* and added a few buttons.

That birdcage die is awesome; I think I just may have to have it. Such a sweet and pretty card, Sabrina!
I was just outside between rain storms and noticed my beautiful flowering peonies and had to run and get my camera and try and capture some "Sabrina-like" photos! :-) I'll post them to my blog in a bit so you can see.

I am so loving this bird cage die. Your bird inside is very pretty too. This is the perfect item for today's technique. You did such a great job. TFS :0)
