This is my card for the semifinals of the Summer CAS DT search, using pop-dots to create dimension. I made a card for my cousin's wedding this summer.
I stamped the PTI car onto Gina K cardstock and colored with B32, B34, R24 and C3 copics. I added a little stardust pen to the taillights before coating the whole car with a layer of glossy accents to make it nice & shiny. I then took small pieces of toothpicks, wrapped them in aluminum foil, and tied them onto the car using white embroidery thread to make the cans. I printed the license plate with their initials using dream lover & free hand font (for the ampersand), then stamped the license plate around it and cut out. The plate was attached with popdots and covers the strings that were threaded through the paper to hold the cans on. To finish it off, I added an acetate windshield, and popped the whole car on pop dots in the middle of the stamped PTI Vintage Label.
Then I simply added the "Congratulations" to the bottom and rounded the corners.

This is totally a winner, Meg. I will have to start thinking about my submission now that I think about it. Actually, this qualifies for the first VSN challenge to use blue/white/ grey. Awesome card.
