Congrats again to Cathleen! Such a wonderful gallery I had my eye on her Illinois Wildflowers to case. I love the punched upper and lower borders of the card and the added flowers. I kept those but added some stamping and dp and changed the border punch. I had to leave off the lovely ribbon because I ran out of room. (I also have a problem w/ bows. Even after one on one bow lessons, I'm still a dysfunctional bow maker.)
All images are Our Daily Bread designs. I stamped the background image with pewter ink and added a little color w/ a lt peach marker. The quote was stamped on top with black ink. The frame was stamped with gray dye ink, color added with markers and cut out using a Spellbinders square nestie. The peach layer was embossed with a QK folder and the dp was cut with a lg square scalloped nestie.
The 4.25 x 5.5 (A2) white card was punched on the top and bottom and I used my Scor-It to add the diagonal lattice scoring. I punched the flowers and added a little color and punched the branches out of dp.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
