I needed to make a Wedding card for a work colleague and had started to make one following the CAS sketch challenge (CAS66) – needless to say it decided it wanted to follow another route! The flowers were painted with Rock Candy Stickles as was the stamped medallion image and photo corners. The edges of the card and the Nestabilities cut out pieces were outlined with the Clear Star Gelly Roll pen. It had been almost all assembled when it just needed something else and the paper piercing was the perfect solution as stamping anything else would have been too much.

I just did a Christmas card with the Medallion stamp (11 times over) so it's great fun to see such a springy looking card that uses it! So pretty - I love this. And don't you love it when you start a card and it goes its own way - especially when it turns out so fantastic!
