I was really excited when I saw the zoo sign sticker from Creative Memories. It immediately solidified that I wanted to create a dragon that has been captured and put on display at the zoo. I find it quite funny.
The rubber stamp is from Rubber Hedge Hog. He has great detail. he was stamped on a skin-looking brown paper (I had three shades and ultimately chose this, the darkest of what I had), it adds additional depth to the image.
I used Glossy Accents on the dragon to make him seem even more bulky (muscular) and lifted his head and neck with Stampin' Up dimensionals, after all, he's hungry and ready to turn and steal our food.
As for the sign that I used with a sticker, I triple cardstocked it and used crackle paint to make it look like authentic wood. It is raised to add depth to the card and make it seem the dragon is safely behind his bounds (maybe one of those silent underground dog fences?) However, his tail is curled around the post to make the guest actually wonder if he is confined or actually free to eat... whatever he wants! The grass too was created using Creative Memories stickers but the entire dragon is free cut
