I've been having fun with the color challenge the last few weeks, but this week's threw me a little bit! I haven't embraced soft suede much and don't even own the ink, so I had to use it as an accent; adding distressed stripe embossing to simulate the wood effect for the challenge dessert option. I've been making a stash of cards to sell at an upcoming Relay for Life event and this one will go in there. The card is 3.5 by 5 because someone gave me a whole box of envelopes that size!

I'm with you on not really caring for the soft suede color this year...but you created an amazing card with it! That sentiment is too cute!

I was with ya on the soft suede. But the more I use it, the more I like it. It has grown on me! I love your use of the borders in opposite directions and the ribbon is so fun too!
