Here's my card for last week's Sketch Challenge Forums at Splitcoaststampers and this August 2009 Color Challenge Forums at Splitcoaststampers. I wanted to make an extra special Mother's Day card, so I pulled out Aquapainter and went to work. What do you think?
I started with a Whisper White card base and added a square layer of Blush Blossom cs for Panel 1. Panels 2-a though d are Cameo Coral and Certainly Celery layers followed with Blush Blossoms cs, which was textured with my Big Shot, SU's new Square Lattice Embossing Folder and Close to Cocoa ink & sponge. (Doesn't this look like a real piece of fabric now?)
Panel 3 is stamped with VersaMark onto watercolor paper and embossed with black emboss powder. I colored the image with my SU markers and Aquapainter. It's layered on Cameo Coral cs and adhered to the card with Dimensionals. The sentiment was stamped with Jet Black StazOn onto watercolor paper, punched out with my Word Window Punch and layered on a Cameo Coral Modern Label punch. This was also adhered with Dimensionals.

Okay, this is SO GOOD on so many levels Regina!! I LOVE that image first of all and haven't used mine yet. Love the color combo, the layout and I would have never thought that the panels were made with the square lattice ef and sponging. What a super cool effect that has. And, I'm a huge fan of using the teeny tiny wishes set with the word window and modern label punches! Not to mention I love humminbirds and your coloring!! So, see, I LOVE it all on so many levels. Great work as always!! TFS!
