I enjoyed seeing the TLC early tonight because I had time to do my favorite thing--experiment with a technique. Here are the results.
This is one of my favorites.
1. Emboss your vellum in the Manhattan Flower Embossing Folder. (I used a non-cardstock vellum--it feels more like computer paper. Cardstock vellum would probably work too.)
2. Sponge color on the roses. I used only Regal Rose. The darker edges come from dragging the sponge across the edges. I have used two colors before, but not this time.
3. Put clear embossing powder all over the roses. Heat emboss.
4. Cut out and add to your card base.
That's all! Easy as pie!
