The Floral background was Versamarked, then brushed with silver Pearl Ex. Then Print Pattern was inked with Versamark and stamped over -- this removed some of the PE and gives a very subtle background. There's also glitter on the flower centers -- too bad the beautiful shimmer doesn't come across in the scan!

Wow, I love how you did that background! Thanks for sharing that. Yes, it's too bad about the limitations of scans, but thank goodness for them! Beautiful card too - great layout for showcasing the small square sets like "Flowers of Gratitutude." clever use of the cord and word window punch. Loving this turquoise. TFS. Linda

I remember seeing this card earlier in the week and I'm sure I commented on it but the gallery must have been up to it's tricks at the time. It is very pretty and I love the two backgrounds together and planned to try that technique. Thanks so much for sharing, you have some lovely cards.
