I cased a card done by Lovely Linda for this one. Her card is beautiful and I was eager to try to make one similar! In her gallery, it is listed as:

IRL, the image's face is nicely colored with a soft, pink bloom to her cheeks. That all sort of "paled" in the photo...probably from the flash of the camera.
Also, the lady is mounted to the oval on pop dots, and then the oval is attached to the card with pop dots. That doesn't show at all in the photo.
These Door County Rubber Victorian Ladies come in different sizes, as do most all of their stamps. I used the small version of the stamp to make the matching envelope.
