well, I really struggled with this one....Come to find out, I don't have a single baby stamp....nope, not a one...no babies, no toys...nuttin...this lil teddy bear is the closest I could come...I actually have a blue teddy bear that belonged to my mother so that was the inspiration for this...
I tried Pat's tech. she uses with her gruffies...using the clear ep. and then I colored it with chalks...the bow and heart are colored with markers....the senti is stamped....and popped a little...my time was up but I think I'll add a bow and a charm to it later, after I'm off my spending ban...

Not easy for you? I never would have guessed! This image is PERFECT for a baby card, and that technique is fabulous!! I love this blue card (tanks for telling about your Mom's bear!), and thanks for playing in my challenge!!
