This card is for the 10'clock challenge for VSN called June Brides. This challenge is to use the Folded Frame Technique. This is one of my favorite techniques.
My card was made with a vintage image that I tucked inside the folded frame. I mounted it on card stock that I used a Martha Stewart PATP punch. I also punched the deep fan border and cut apart the fans to highlight the corners. Rangers tea dye ink was used on all the edges. Diamond stickles was also run along the edges for sparkle and shine.
I got my rhinestones from Micheal's in the $1 bins and these are paper roses that I inked with the tea dye ink.
Hope you like my card. I really did make this in about 45 minutes. When you do not have to fuss coloring an image, you can put a card together pretty quickly.
Hope you will join us in the challenge. I can't wait to see you cards!

Carol, what can I say about this beautiful card. I love your use of the punches, and the vintage image is terrific. And of course the soft bow just finishes the card off perfectly. TFS Thanks for playing along with us for this May Showers mini VSN!

What a great VSN sample, Bearzi!! I hope that the mini VSN went well. I didn't have time to take part, boo-hoo. I know for a fact that I couldn't have put together anything as elaborate as that in 45 minutes. Just goes to show how SUPER TALENTED you are!! Your folded frame technique is just fantastic. And I LOVE all of your MS deco fans throughout, too. The perfect touches!!
