I have had this hymn running through my head all week. I have always loved lilies of the valley. Growing up my mom kept telling me that when I turned 16 she would buy me some lilies of the valley. I remember her bringing them home from the garden store. We planted them, and I loved their fragrance.
I printed the hymn on cream cardstock. The lilies of the valley were my own drawing that I turned into a digital image. I added hot glue pearls in the corner because it felt like it needed something. I punched and pierced the white panel to make it look like lace. I finished it off with a layers of color butterfly.
This is for today's sketch challenge as well as the stampin' sisters in Christ challenge to make a card with flowers on it.
