This is for MMTPT90. Everyone is heading down to the Kentucky Derby a week early to get ready to run in the race along side Too Tall Tony McTea's sister, Toni. Winny, her sister Minny and her other sister Minnie want to go down as they know they have a great chance to win the race. They aren't going to be the prettiest girls at the event but they are FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All they need to do is find three teapotters who have the nerve to be jockeys for them as they can't just race without a rider. Winny, Minny and Minnie are running sprints around the track so they can keep in shape but are constantly looking for jockeys. They heard Bertie was a great jockey and they all hoped Bertie wouldn't refuse. Sadly an argument broke out between Winny, Minny and Minnie and hundreds of pounds of horse flesh was pounding around on each other fighting over Bertie. Many of the teapotters on the lawn in centerfield were trying to get the three horses to stop fighting and were all trying to calm them by offering to be their jockeys. None of girls wanted to relent but finally Minnie, the sweetest of the three, gave and decided she would accept another teapotter as her jockey. Winny galloped away in search of Bertie and Minny chose another of the teapotters. Poor Minny, she is always the sister left in the dust....but she has her heart set on leaving all the horses in the dust on race day.
This is the saddest, most pitiful story I have written for the teapot challenge but it's the best I could do after a long, long day at work.

I think they are adorable. Great story. I think I'll have to pass on trying to race on one of them. I weigh just too much!! I'll cheer them on though!! Love the red gingham ribbon.

Poor Minny, but they are all smiling now so maybe hurt feelings will be forgotten. What an adorable scene.
