Priscilla designs the most awesome sketches and provides you with 2 choices, the more intricate layout or the more CAS layout! So, anyone can really play and you'll LOVE the designers on the Midnight Madness team. Their talent is beyond AMAZING!
This, as usual, didn't go where I had intended it to go and I'm not all that excited about it like I thought I would be, but I had to go out of town and didn't have time to redo it. I just think the ribbon treatments are a little overpowering and not the most perfect ones. When you have 4 of them framing the image, unfortunately, you can see some of the flaws.
But, I'm moving forward with it. I do like the color combo and I LOVE the SU Bella Bleu dsp that I used on this card. I framed the image panel by stamping with a border stamp from the SU Vintage Vogue set. I used the Vintage Label for the small flower, but then the ribbons overpowered the small flower, so I added another larger one behind it which covered up part of the pretty vintage label, but I tried!!
I popped up the first layer and 3 layers of the circular flower image for more depth. I used the faux stitching technique on the large dsp mat.
The beautiful blue ribbon was given to me in a BRAK from my Punchkateer Pal, Benzi!! Thanks Benz!!!
Thanks so much for taking the time to visit and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Pamzi? Thought you wuz away... Pretty nice creation from someone who's "not there"? Or is it "not all there"? Found some of your marbles I see. And made a purdy fine card while finding them - by this time next week, Vintage Vogue should be in my hot little hands as I finally broke down and placed a SU order on the last weekend of Sale-a-bration. Love what you've done with this sketch. You're too picky if you see flaws but I do love how much traveling you do when making cards 'cuz you're always going down some road you never intended on taking. I can see I'm going to have to find my way down your lane and show you how to thread that darn sewing machine Benzi gave you. Hugz...

This is gorgeous, Pam! Love the bows with the flowers in the middle, how you've used the vine to frame the focal panel and the colours you used are great. Wonderfully done

Pamz, you must have gotten home and immediately made a card. Wow! I got home Monday and still haven't made one since I've been home. Uploaded one but made it before I left town. This is beautiful but it is a good thing you mentioned my ribbon because I was about to tell you that 2 sizes of nesties only count as one. I'll let it slip by this time. You must feel at home using this blue (your fav color) and I do love it!!! How much WEIGHT did you say was lost??? Pleeaaazzzzz! Also, Isaiah need not bother to travel your way to give you sewing lessons. I'm going to have to retrieve that sewing machine and give it to someone that will use it. Maybe Isaiah/Heather/Ditzi or whatever that last name is now. I can't keep up with all that. LOL

Vintage indeed! This reminds me of these Holland collectables that my Aunt gets every year. They are all blue and white and super cute. I like the way you stamped the flowers around the panel, the flowers with the ribbon are very pretty and a great touch. Beautiful card!

Oooooo, Pamzi!! This is amazing!! I just love the colors you used and the Bella Bleu DSP is lovely. So glad to see that you had a chance to exercise your punches I think Benzi should cut you some slack on the Punchez Tally. I mean, really--you were traveling AND made a card this week and she just uploaded something she made last week and isn't even traveling this week! I think it *totally* evens out ;). Of course, you could really send her into a tizzy and count your paper piercer. That's just a really slender specialized punch, right? I think she's just jealous of your losing 20 pounds during the making of this spectacular card. I need to check out the Midnight Madness challenge sometime--the cards you make for MMSC are always so gorgeous (and I get intimidated!!).
Punch on, Punchkateer!! Your awesome creation rocks!!
