I hope you are enjoying the day. Congrats to Theresa! What a wonderful gallery to stroll through! I needed a masculine card so I picked her Timeless Treasuresto case. I kept the same general color palette and time theme, but changed the images, added distressed edges and some cut out or torn layers.
I stamped the watch gears several times on different papers, cut them out using stamp edge scissors and added rust colored mats. I stamped the same gears collage image onto the ledger paper in order to have the swirls from the image show. I tore and distressed the edge w/ scissors and ink, then attached my cut out gears.
After stamping the watch image with green ink, I stamped the greeting over it with sepia ink then cut it out and matted it. A clear round acrylic piece was glued on top. It reminded me of a watch crystal so I thought it fit in perfectly. The little chipboard catch was colored with ink then the discover word was stamped over it and a brad was added in the hole.
Thanks so much for looking! Have a great Easter! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

Wonderful masculine card! I love the torn panel, cut edges around the images and sentiment in the watch! The bit of red with the browns is a great touch!
