My Mother-in-Law called to see if I could make a birthday card with the following features: It had to have the names of the couple on the front (they both turn 80 within days of each other), it had to have the number 80 on the front, and happy birthday. Other than that, whatever I wanted to do would be fine. I struggled to fit the 80 on there and the names using any of my number stamps or cuttlebug alphas, but they were all too big. I finally decided to just hand write the names. I remembered I had some tiny Creative Memories alphabet and number stickers, and sure enough, they were just the right size. After all of the laying out, "auditioning" papers (too big of a print, too small, etc.) and putzing with the number and letter options, I only spent about 3 hours making this card. The inside has the same DP with a blank panel (edges sponged in turquoise to match the front center square) for a note. So I hope that they enjoy their card shower and both have a happy 80th birthday!
