I changed the shape to an A2 but kept kraft as the base. I used some retired DP and my new cupcake punch for the round panel. The ribbon is satin Real Red and it just won't stay knotted for me- grrr. I did pop up the cupcake frosting. I kept the double row of piercing but added a fun birthday sentiment.

LOL...that's what I was supposed to do today, too!!!! I didn't do my exercise tape and my taxes are still sitting on the table!!! Glad to know there is another sensible person in the world...you are my hero!!!! I love your fun birthday card...such a great design with all the piercing, pretty colors and sweet little cupcake!!!!
