My card was designed for todays TLC Childhood memories!
We are to create a card or project based around a childhood memory or event that took place back when you were younger
Mine is based on every easter when I was a child, we would spend Easter at my grandparents Moble home park(for seniors only) , but every Easter they would do a BIG get together for all the seniors and their families.
We would have a big BBQ, and a HUGE EASTER EGG HUNT and back in the 70's finding the gold EGG with 50.00 dollars was a big deal!! there were big chocolate eggs with money in them lots of candy, eggs and just FUN!!!! I miss those days :(
Anyways for my card I did use a bunny for EASTER This bunny was given to me by Helene the owner and dear friend of ALOTA RUBBER STAMPS!
I got to visit Helene while I was in Washington a week ago Thank you Helene, I love my bunnies!!!
I had fun doing this challenge, and thank you!!!
Thank you for looking and enjoy your day!
Hugs,
Cheryl

So adorable, Cheryl! I love your scalloped stitching and this darlin' bunny! Reminded me of a huge Easter egg hunt I went to at my 3rd grade teacher's house, a giant lawn by the river in Louisiana where I grew up! SO fun!
Helene sent me a GIANT bag of naked rubber as a thank you for The Daily Dare! SOOO sweet of her!

Precious, Cher! Love the layout. Easter holds many great memories for me, too. Every year (up til I was around , I was dressed up in a new dress, hat and shoes. While growing up with brothers only, it was the only time I felt like a girl!!

What a darling bunny and memory to go along with it! I think 50.00 would be a big deal now to little ones!! Beautifully colored and your stitching is fabulous. TFS!!
