I have been seeing a lot of really cool cards made lately using multiple little circles. Why not try to do a scene that way? So here I am. Not sure this is the BEST way to carry this out but I think I might give this idea another whirl again soon.
I used lots of green for the Clear Dollar Stamps Think Green CIC9 challenge.
