Measurements: Designer paper – 1 ½” width, black – 1 7/8 x 3 ¼”, mustard – 2 5/8" width, circle 2 3/8” plus 1/8 and 3 /32” borders, sentiment is 5/8 x 1 3/4” overall
-Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps were used to color the flowers using the Gamsol technique found in the resources section here at SCS. Baby oil replaces the Gamsol. The cut out flowers are attached with foam under the top one, layers of tape under the left one and just glue under the right one. The ferns are attached with glue.
-All layers but the black were ink distressed.
-The gems are attached with Diamond Glaze (any lacquer product will work). To make the process fast and easy I squeeze a drop of lacquer onto a waxed paper (I repurpose the paper that stickers and labels are purchased on), touch the end of a large corsage pin to the lacquer then to the back of the gem which picks it up, position it on the image and press down with a finger, there is a little time to slide the gem into position if needed before it sticks tight.
