Here's a card I made for today's Chocolate Chip Mint CAS Challenge. Forums at Splitcoaststampers I was especially happy to play along because Mint Chocolate Chip happens to my favorite flavor of ice cream. Guess what I'll be having for dessert tonight? LOL...
Do any of you remember SU's Mint Melody? (They got rid of it and introduced Certainly Celery a while ago.) Anyway, I have a couple sheets left, so I pulled out a half sheet for this card.
I started with the Mint Melody card base and stamped the flower image with Chocolate Chip ink. I added a 1" strip of Mint Melody polka dot dsp along the bottom and added the rub-on sentiment. I wrapped a piece of Chocolate Chip 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon around the card to hide the seam and added the Jumbo Whisper White Brad. That's it!

Oh, I wish I had some of that paper. What a great color! Why on earth did SU get rid of it? Another great card using that cool ribbon treatment of yours with a brad.

Ooooh Regina, mint chocolate chip - YUMMO!! Have some for me too. Your card is GORGEOUS. LOVE that color combo and you use of the Inspired By Nature set. I've just got to get mine back out again. I was going to use it the other day, but it just wasn't working with the card I was doing. LOVE your ribbon treatment and how cool to have some of that old SU paper in your stash!! Way 2 go!! TFS!
