The embossing is all done with Cuttlebug folders and my Scor-Pal. The scalloped border is done with a Stampin' Up! punch. I added just a very thin strip of white on the border, also. The colored cardstock is Aqua Mist from Papertrey. I'm not sure where the flower came from, but I think it's a Prima I got from Kim Hughes once upon a time and the button is from PTI. The sentiment is from PTI's Birthday Basics set.

Love this card...SO Pretty...caught my eye right off...the aqua color is a perfect accent for this card. TFS!!
