This card is done using the color challenge on Sharon Johnson's blog; pink and green with an option of brown. I used some new papers from upsydaisydesigns and paired them with SU retired River Rock. (Love that River Rock and wish they would bring it back!)
The background of the flowers is my first time to try this Copic technique I first saw on Dee Jackson's blog. She has a tutorial and I think her demonstration is excellent. Her cherriers and strawberries are BEAUTIFUL. Thanks Dee for sharing your amazing talent and for making this great tutorial. Mine is OK for a first try and I definitely will try it more!

It is back in February. Thanks for taking a look.

Well, I've taken a little time tonight to 'come up for air' after being submerged in the designing of my brochure for the church building project for most of this past week. (FL seems a long time ago right now...). What a delight to find such a pretty spring card in your gallery. Love your 'new to you' bg technique. Maybe one day when I start my 'Copic Collection'... I'm actually taking the rest of tonight (although I lose an hour of it at some point) to go play with my new toys in my Rubber Room. Always a pleasure to see new stuff in your gallery...
