I found this really cool birch tree stamp. It worked perfectly for today's great sketch. Here's the haps......
I just love Karen Barbers cards when she does her black magic with a twist technique. So today I thought I'd give it a go. I stamped this new stamp on black cs using craft white. Let dry. Colored with Faber Castell w/c pencils without the water. Added the white dots using white acrylic paint and a stylus. Layered this with green textured cs.
Panel 2 is black cs layered with brown textured cs.
Panel 1 is misc striped dp on a white card.
Panel 3b was cut out of orange textured cs using a coluzzle tab plate. Added the three silver eyelets to it.
Was ready to take the photo when I saw this left over punched leaf sprig so I doodled it, sponged with tea dye and added a few dots then put on the card. Well..... hope you like my card.....TFS :0)

That birch tree is PERFECT for the black magic technique! Awesome effect! I'm sorry to say I had this stamp in my hot little hands and then put it back. Note to self: Always stick with your first instinct.
