This is a double challenge card...with dessert! For Betty's Color Challenge of Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, and Melon Mambo...and for Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday challenge seen here: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/searc...uesday%20Cards
The combo of the colors and the quilt made me think that I MUST go shabby chic today...Oh my FINGERS from this card. I wove some linen, embroidered some roses, knit a side panel (out of Chenille yarn of course#, whipstitched a heart, sewed on a button...sheesh! All to prove Aquilta the Hun that we tea partiers know more in this world than the difference between a Chai and an Earl Grey #um, we do know that right?!#
And what's tea without dessert from Betty? Dessert this week is to send a card to a very special lady named Lindsay. You can read her story here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks so much Cindy and Betty, the NEW Dynamic Duo! #Watch out Batman and Robin...!)
