I recently took up a new craft--kumihimo braiding. So of course, I had to find a way to incorporate stamping into my new venture. I purchased some resin beads and stamped them with a small flower motif, embossed them with gold embossing powder and colored the edges of the beads with a gold leafing pen. I think it turned out pretty well for my first collaboration. What do you think?

This is just super lovely!! Great job. I have taken this class in the past too. It is cool and easy. What kind of ribbon did you use and what color is it. I love it!!

Woody,
The ribbon I used is a Sari Ribbon yarn by Louisa Harding. It is a variegated peach/ivory/pink color. It doesn't have a name on the label, but the code number is 029. I bought it at a local yarn shop about a month ago.
I've made several more necklaces you can see here... http://s158.photobucket.com/albums/t116/solaris2363/kumihimo/
This is the only necklace I've used rubber stamps on so far.
Hugs.
