Hi! This is a double challenge card. It qualifies for today`s Technique Challenge ~ Very Vintage. I picked out this darling digi stamp from Mo Manning. I must have really been in a shabby chic mood because I distressed, sanded, and inked every layer! The cute little chicks on the envelope and inside are from Flourishes. The background panel and envelope are embossed with Swiss Dots Folder. Thanks for filling in today Deb! This also qualifies for MOJO129 Monday Sketch Challenge brought to us this week by Teresa Kline. Don`t you just love it? I do! You can find this challenge here. http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/2010/...onday-129.html
Thanks for taking a peek! I know its a bit different for me but I could not stop myself today! LOL

Me too, I like it alot. I really like the shabby chic vintage look, I have already made this years Christmas cards in that style.
I particularly like the way the bow appears to be wrapped around the flower.

Oooooh, I just LOVE this shabby chic little Vintage darling! Her frilly ruffles, dotted swiss texture and tiny calico designer print are all just perfect for today's challenge. That little bloom and bow are darling! Fabulous creation!

Seriously, where do I begin with how gorgeous this card is???
You roughed up your paper perfectly. The colors you used were so soft that the inking you used to make it look older could have easily overpowered the soft colors but it doesn't at all. This card is so pretty that if it were mine I would be so proud that I'd consider sending it into a magazine. Can you tell I love it? lol
