Okay, when I was asked to make a sample for today's challenge - TLC263 - to go "very vintage" this is the first thing that came out of my fingertips ...
I have never been really great at shabby-chic types of vintage, but the images on this card DO remind me of those embroidered hankies/table runners, etc. that my grandma had in her house. So, I DEFINITELY consider this vintage, even if it isn't distressed!! In fact, as I was cleaning through my mom's home and 40+ years worth of memories over the past several weeks, we came across a couple of pillow cases embroidered by my grandmother that were white, yellow and purple, and were very similar to this ...

It's beautiful, Wendy! I love lace hankies! The ladies of my family were all very talented at embroidery, so we have quite a few sentimental hankies, pillow cases and quilts that they made.
I love the way the background pattern meanders across the focal image. These colors are so pretty together!
