I really enjoyed working with today's sketch. Thanks, Roxie! I will need a thank you card this week-end....so I'm planning ahead.
I colored the poppies with Copics, then "sealed" them with clear EP before brayering the background.
Something I often do is to attach the card face temporarily to white...or any lt. color.... cardstock when I know I will be using my printer to add a personalized sentiment or note on the inside. My printer is VERY finicky as to what weight paper(cardstock) it will accept. "Lucida Handwriting" is my favorite font for writing notes inside.....much more legible than my own handwriting! When I need to print the note, I detach the card face, run the base through the printer, and then permanently attach the card face back in place.

That herringbone design paper is just perfect for this amazing card. I love the beautiful way it is colored.
