I think this is cute, and the photos are definitely the focus! If you want to girlie it up, you could always add a big flower between the 2nd & 3rd photo and maybe overlapping onto the journal box to soften the edges?

Add some flowers around the journal area and perhaps some girlie flourishes...the layout is wonderful and it would be so easy to add a little pink to the blue and green and make it subtly girlie! I love it tho... :)

I too think some flowers would definitely turn this more girlie. What a darling little girl - and those big blue eyes will probably let her have anything she wants :)
