This card is for today's featured stamper challenge. Congrats to Angella for being honored this week. I love your gallery and will be checking it out for other ideas. I love all the lovely scriptures. My inspiration is here:
I basically kept the laybout and the shimmer, but changed most other things.
I am trying to make some St. Patrick's Day cards and struggling mightily. This is not a holiday that I generally do cards for. I haven't been able to really find any background paper with shamrocks, but this one is close, if you don't look too carefully at it.
There is no stamping on this card. Just the lovely shimmery paper and ribbon. I used a heart punch to make the shamrock and a circle punch to make the stem. The greeting is computer generated.
The inside has a greeting about shamrocks bringing luck that I found here on the forums from the inside card greetings file.
May the shamrock bring your lots of luck with the blessing of sucess...good friends, good health, good times to share, and lifelong happiness.
What do you think?
EDIT: I have to say this card looks much nicer IRL. I may have to try and photograph it. The color is a very soft green, not yellow and the DSP has a lovely shimmer to it.
