The other day I was playing with embossing on a dryer sheet. If I held the heat gun on it too long it got all shiny and bubbly. As I was thinking about this challenge I remembered this technique and realized the look would make great water. I stamped three inks on the (washed & dried) dryer sheet, sprinkled the whole thing with clear embossing powder and heated it carefully. (Not sure if it would start on fire!)
I like the way it turned out and adhered it right over my dp.

Oooh that gives it such a cool 3-D effect! What a neat technique, I'll have to look that up. The boat is just sailing away on your ocean. Thanks for participating in my VSN challenge!
