This is for FEB10VSNC, celebrating culing in the Olympics.
Since I'm from Minnesota, a curling hotbed (the entire USA men's team hails from my state, and most of the women are from neighboring Cheeseland), I knew I HAD to compete--eh, participate--in this challenge.
Those of you who know me will know that I mostly like to forge ahead without reading the pesky directions, so I'm not sure if I did this right, but it looks OK to me, so what the heck!
I used Rich Razzleberry and Yoyo Yellow ink refills, a stamp case and a marble to make the background pattern on Glossy White. Then I stamped the Medallion with Orchid Opulence and added some of my very old eyelets. A simple layout, but this technique as well as the fantastic Medallion stamp really lends itself to simplicity.
Thanks to the coaches for a fun challenge, and I look forward to your comments.

Very pretty! I like the bold color combination. I love the Medallion stamp, but I never can figure out what to do with it--you surely have inspired me. This is gorgeous! Thanks for playing.

Congrats, Sarah! Fun colors you chose... do I see some purple pride here?? I'm not a big football fan, but I couldn't help noticing the color combo! It works! I don't have the medallion stamp, but I'm sure I will order it eventualy, because there have been so many awesome cards made with it.
