Since I live in Vancouver, Canada, I thought I'd better take part in Color Challenge 259 which is to use the colours in the 2010 Olympics symbol along with some gold, silver, or bronze metallics. I chose to do Christmas cards for this challenge because I'm madly trying to finish my 10 cards for February's Christmas Card Challenge (CCC10).
CC259 has five events. I picked Event 5 which uses all five colours plus neutrals plus metallics. I cut a window out of a gold card with Nestabilities. I stamped the Christmas decorations stamp on white (my neutral), coloured it with all the colours of the Olympic symbol, cut it out, mounted it on silver metallic cardstock, and attached that to the back of the window in the card.
