I am so glad to finally have time to do a challenge! These little cuties are from hero arts. Colored w/ pencils and blended w/ OMS. I embossed the PP and card front paper w/ snowflake cuttlebug folder. The navy accent piece is also heart embossed w/ versa mark and clear powder. Finally, I edged the light blue mat w/ dark blue ink.

OMGoodness. This is so precious. Great way to enhance the blue dry embossed piece by embossing with clear ep. This is a wonderful card.
