Abner the Abominable snowman is so tired of his all white world that he has invited the teapotters into his private world so far seen only by the intrepid wildlife photograpers. Why would he do this you ask; well it's because he heard we were a colorful bunch and he so wants some color in his life...After all these white yrs, it may be best if he goes slowly into the world of color...so I'm bringing some lovely pastel shades to decorate one wall of his den with. these lovely butterflies will bring a welcome touch of spring to his frozen world....
I also brought a big pot of lentil soup to warm up the really brave ones out trying out the half pipe and their loop-de-loops....I'm so ungraceful that my first attempt turned into a loop-de-flop and it was suggested I head to the bunny quarter pipe instead...oh well, at least the soup is good here on the side lines...
Not what I intended at all, this card morphed a couple times and is now a very pale version of what I saw in my head....(and that may well be a good thing..giggle)..but was fun and super easy...just lots and lots of punched butterflies overlaid on an embossed white card.

beautiful. love the texture and all of the awesome colors of spring. I haven't had lentil soup since I was a child and now I want some. Our dad used to make it for us. We are definitely a soup family!!! tfs.
oh, and I love how you did the sentiment and embossed it on the side. great idea.

What? you did a what? a loop de flop? Oh, is that some kinda new extreme thing I'm still in the dark about? Never mind, this card is just what Mudder ordered to cheer up good ole Ab. Look at all those gorgeous colors and all those butterflys. Surely, this will get Abner right to the color finish line. Oh, cant you just see it .....
