When I saw these challenges I immediately saw a boxing ring, gloves, and event tickets - so I had to make this card for my son who LOVES to box. I hate it, but he loves it, and as much as I have tried to convince him to try another sport - this is what he loves, so I will be there for him. He is still only sparring, and shadow boxing - so maybe before he ever steps into the ring for a real match, he will come to his senses
So, I went out to find some tickets on line and found these on a free clipart site, and I found the boxing gloves in some coloring pages on line. The ring is surrounded by black ropes and posts, so I took black laces and metal washers to make a faux half ring on either side of the gloves. I used the cropadile (not sure if that is how you spell it) to make the holes to lace the shoelaces through and the hole matched up perfectly with the washers. I know you have to use your imagination. The background dp is Bazzill and I ran it through my CB and EF (the one that has squares which reminds me of a boxing ring - again use your imagination).
Well, I guess that is about it. The card I love, boxing I don't. I sure hope my son loves this card because that is what counts. Hope you like it too. Would love to hear your comments.

Very nice... I too am not a fan of boxing... seems inhumane to make a "sport" of trying to knock someone unconscience, don't you think? Anyway... your card is wonderful, very imaginative... great layout, layering and the washers work very well with your design! Great job... thanks for sharing!
